Shipping Information

We ship Monday through Friday, and sometimes on Saturday!  If you pay via PayPal or Credit Card payment should be instant. PayPal e-checks can take a week or longer to clear payment before we can ship your order. Items already in stock will ship same day or next day, depending on the hour that you order. Custom pieces will take anywhere from 1 day-2-3 weeks depending on the nature of the item and if we have all the materials needed to complete it.

Though we use mostly  recycled paper, bubble wrap envelops a $1 flat shipping fee is charge to cover any other expenses such as transportation to the post office. Shipping insurance is available as an option.  Insurance  is highly recommended for Priority packages but is included in Express mail. Items get lost in the mail quite often, so to protect everyone involved insurance is always recommended as we cannot be liable for lost items beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USPS does not offer tracking or insurance for priority international so we strongly recommend paying the extra for Express Mail International shipping! Express Mail  comes with a tracking number and insurance in order to avoid delay/loss of packages . Please make sure to select the shipping insurance option so that your item is protected and delivered safely and intact.

Returns

All jewelry is non-returnable do to the organic nature with the execution of Dayak ear weights and select ethnic jewelry or metal jewelry. We will exchange jewelry but we will not give refunds. Buyer pays return shipping. Contact regarding returns must be made upon receipt of jewelry and returns must be made with in one week of receiving jewelry

Custom orders

For items/orders that need to be made and are made in-house please allow up to two - four weeks for us to make your custom pieces in case we don't have the appropriate materials in order to complete your order. We try to keep the turn around for custom orders no more than a week but sometimes materials needed can be elusive and hard to get. If you have a question about the status of your jewelry, feel free to contact us at any time. If your order contains both custom-made items and already stocked items and you would like the items shipped separately so you don't have to wait on them, please order them separately.

We are a grassroots/D.I.Y. company. All designs are made by us with fair trade materials. Anything other than our designs (ethnic jewelry) is all fair trade as well. We also use as much recycled materials for packaging orders to lessen our environmental footprint. Any jewelry made with animal "remains" (bone, horn antler etc) is all found, or post consumer. Animals are NEVER killed are harmed specifically in order to make our jewelry.
