Most of our Dayak ear weights are replicas of traditional styles made for the tourist trade. They are, however, made by Dayak people on the island of Borneo. Some of the castings are better than others, and our stock is sorted accordingly. Nice wearable pairs are sold as-is. whereas the rougher and incomplete pairs are set aside to be refurbished or reworked or reconstructed into a whole new piece of jewelry. We also sometimes have vintage or antique weights for sale. Because of these items’ rarity, they are less frequently available and considerably more expensive than our regular offerings
